Description
Submit a YouTube / Vimeo or similar video link of approx 15-20 minutes max (please make sure it is a publicly viewable link that can be easily accessed), clearly showing Anthony what you would like feedback on or help with improving. You will then be contacted with your feedback / exercises / information on what to work on and how to go about it.
This is a great opportunity for a little tune up between clinics or anytime you are feeling stuck with progressing at home on your own.
During checkout there will be an additional field to paste your video link into which will be sent directly to Anthony with payment.
